2. Shipping Responsibilities

  • The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. 9 Months Anti-Fade Guarantee

We take pride in our durability. If your product experiences significant fading within 9 months of the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Requirement: You must provide clear photographic proof of the fading alongside your original order number.

  • Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
